The Southern Virginia GO Region 3 Executive Committee will meet at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday

The meeting will be held in the Southern Virginia Higher Education Center, 820 Bruce Street, South Boston, VA 24592. The meeting is open to the public; information on the specific room will be available at the receptionist desk at SVHEC.

The meeting is for the purpose of conducting the regular business of the council, receiving reports from committees, reviewing project applications, considering contractual amendments for communications and other matters of routine business.

The council may elect to go into executive session for discussion about the Project Pipeline, contractual and personnel matters.

The council’s agenda packet will be available for review after today, at the office of the Southside Planning District Commission, 200 South Mecklenburg Avenue, South Hill, VA 23970 and at the Executive Committee meeting.

Southern Virginia GO Region 3 includes the counties of Patrick, Henry, Pittsylvania, Halifax, Mecklenburg, Brunswick, Nottoway, Prince Edward, Lunenburg, Buckingham, Cumberland, Charlotte, Amelia and the cities of Martinsville and Danville.
