Kelly Arnold, project manager and Microsoft representative, recently delivered seven gallons of hand sanitizer and 120 N-95 masks to the Southern Virginia Higher Education Center (SVHEC). The personal protective equipment (PPE) donation was received by Nelson Stevens, SVHEC director of IT and operations, and will be used to keep staff, partners and students safe when the agency reopens. Microsoft procured extra PPE to donate within the communities it serves. “We appreciate this donation, and we’re thankful for Microsoft’s continued support of the SVHEC,” said Hope Harris-Gayles, SVHEC associate director of communications and outreach. Participating in the donation are (from left) Arnold, Stevens, Sekietha Davis of SVHEC operations help desk and LaVerne Taylor, SVHEC budget and finance administrator.
