NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE 1115 Liberty Road, Nathalie, Virginia Tax Map 24987 In execution of a Wrap Around Deed of Trust in the original amount of $137,441.00 dated June 1, 2020 from W7 Properties, LLC recorded as Instrument Number 202001230 in the land records of the County of Halifax, Virginia, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness thereby secured, the undersigned will on October 25, 2022 @ 4:05 PM at the front entrance of the Halifax County Circuit Court, 8 S. Main Street, Halifax, Virginia, offer for sale at public auction the property and improvements thereon, described as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate in Meadville District, Halifax County, Virginia containing 1.00 acre, more or less, fronting approximately 250 feet on the northeast side of State Road No. 642, shown on plat recorded in Deed Book 216, Page 421; LESS AND EXCEPT 0.07 acre conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia in Deed book 640, Page 277. TERMS OF SALE: CASH This sale is subject to all matters of record in the chain of title to the above property, and also subject to mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens of record and not of record, if any such liens exist.
