Antique farm machinery, crafts, flowers, paintings, classic cars, beautiful horses, quarter scale tractors and live entertainment will be featured Saturday when the annual Noland Country Fair Day gets under way at 10 a.m.
Homemade Brunswick stew, hot dogs and bake sale desserts will be available during the 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. event in Noland Village, located at the Morton’s Ferry, Cole’s Ferry and Lake Conner roads intersection at Providence.
Visitors can see the Noland Post Office and Lacks Store along with historic Prospect Ordinary, Halifax Church, Afton Farmhouse, the Robert Carr House, the John Carr House, the Blanks-Irby House, Baldwin House and Hatcher Barn.
The Liberty Band and Ollie and the Slick Rock Pickers will provide music.
Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
