South Boston man faces felony fugitive charge

A 54-year-old South Boston man faces a felony charge of being a fugitive, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.
Jerry Lee Cunningham of Sandy Beach Road was arrested on the charge that is alleged to have occurred Saturday.
Deputy C. A. Bates V served the warrant the same day.
• Darshae Billie Lee, 20, of Harris Drive, South Boston was issued a misdemeanor surety capias.
The charge stems from an incident alleged to have occurred Friday, and Deputy T. A. Mocarsky issued the capias the same day.
• Brandon Neil Conner, 28, of Hunting Creek Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a juvenile protective order.
The alleged incident occurred Thursday, and Deputy S. Edmonds served the warrant Friday.
• Michael Dewayne Bowers, 52, of Kilarney Court, Ridgeway faces a misdemeanor charge of DUI.
The alleged incident occurred Sunday, and Sgt. Q. W. Clark served the warrant the same day.
• Johnny Owen Clay, 22, of McKeever Trail, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of petty larceny.
The alleged incident occurred Jan. 10, and Deputy J. P. Adams served the warrant Sunday.
• Earlana Mundy, 33, of Winchester Avenue, New Haven, Conn., faces a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession.
The alleged incident occurred Sunday, and Deputy T. H. Clarke served the warrant the same day.
• Alton David Joyce, 42, of Billie Harris Street, Eden, N.C., faces a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession.
The alleged incident occurred Sept. 14, and Deputy W. G. Yancey served the warrant Monday.
• Monroe Alexander White, 34, of Philpott Road, South Boston, faces a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure.
The alleged incident occurred Sunday, and Edmonds served the warrant Monday.
• William Thomas Comer, 65, of White Oak Drive, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.
The alleged incident occurred Saturday, and Cpl. D. H. Barksdale served the warrant Monday.
• Jason Matthew Smith, 26, of Nathalie faces a charge of driving while drinking alcohol, according to South Boston Police Department records.
Smith was charged Sunday.
• Dexter Edward Mills, 26, of South Boston faces charges of trespassing and being drunk in public.
Mills was charged Sunday.
• Arianna Nicole Dawson, 21, of South Boston faces a contempt of court charge.
Dawson was charged Monday.
