Mr. David Rainier Ferguson of Reverend Coleman Road, Clover died Friday, April 13, at his residence at the age of 55.
Mr. Ferguson was born in Atlantic City, N.J. April 30, 1956 to Ms. Eva J. Buster and the late Mr. Thomas Ferguson. He was married to Mrs. Ritha M. Venable Ferguson and was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Ferguson was a United States Marine Veteran and formerly employed by Annin and Company.
Mr. Ferguson is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ritha M. Ferguson, two daughters, Ms. Eva J. Ferguson and Ms. Gabrielle J. Ferguson, both of Clover; one grandson, Mr. Kaleb M. Davis-Ferguson; his mother, Ms. Eva J. Buster of Atlantic City, N.J.; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James and Bettie Venable of Clover; six sisters-in-law, Mrs. Pheobea Canada and husband, Johnnie, Mrs. Janice Traynham and husband Ernest, Mrs. Flossie Venable and husband James, Ms. Mary Watkins, Mrs. Brenda Clements and husband Keith and Ms. Evalene Venable; six uncles; six aunts and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services with military rites for Mr. David Rainier Ferguson will be held Wednesday, April 18, at 1 p.m. at Piney Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Whitfield Scott officiating.
The family will be receiving friends at the residence, 1202 Reverend Coleman Road, Clover.
