Festival sponsors hope to see area residents at the biggest party of the summer, the Virginia Cantaloupe Festival.

The festival is Friday, July 26 from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center.

Beverages from corporate sponsor, Danville Distributing, will be served including Budweiser, Bud Light, and Michelob Ultra and Gold.

Craft samples will include Bold Rock, Starr Hill, Legend Brewing, Wicked Weed, Highland Brewing and Natty Greene’s.

Festivalgoers also can enjoy Bud Light Ritas and Seltzers or wine from Homeplace Vineyards.
