Banister and Sunnyside Center: Banister and Sunnyside Associations have been cancelled due to COVID-19. The center will be closed until further notice.

Banister Hill Baptist: Outdoor worship service will begin at 9 a.m. with Women’s Day being observed. The Rev. Bethlehem Baptist: Indoor worship is every first and third Sunday at 11:30 a.m. with the Rev. Moses Dixon and choir conducting the service. The Rev. Moses Dixon is pastor. 

Blue Wing Grove Baptist: Drive-in service will begin at 9 a.m. weather permitting with Pastor Coleman delivering the Word and Bro. Lionel Best Jr. providing the music. Pastor is Graham Coleman. 

County Line Missionary Baptist: Sunday school on the Radio Waves will be at 9 a.m. each Thursday on WSBV-AM 1560. Parking lot service will be at 10 a.m. on Sunday. Sunday school lesson in summary will be followed by morning worship. Participants are asked to remain in their vehicles. Pastor is the Rev. Dr. Otis Dillard. 

Crystal Hill Baptist: Drive-in service will be at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday with the Rev. Dr. Louis S. Leigh Sr. bringing the message.  

Dan River Bethel Baptist: Sunday worship service will be held at 10 a.m. inside the church with Pastor Dwight Wilkerson bringing the message. Wear a mask. 

Ebenezer Baptist: Worship will be at 9 a.m. with drive-in service. The youth service scheduled for 3 p.m. Sunday has been canceled. The church offers an apology for any inconvenience this program has caused. Pastor is Delano L. Medley. 

Ellis Creek Missionary Baptist: Indoor service will be held this week at 10 a.m. following social distancing guidelines. Face masks will be required. Annual homecoming is planned for 10 a.m. on July 26. Pastor is Julian Miller. 

First Baptist, Ferry Street: Morning worship will begin at 11 a.m. Attendees are asked to wear face coverings/masks and practice social distancing. Dr. Allan G. Smith Sr., pastor, will deliver the message “The Gathering Place” taken from Matthew 18: 15-20. Music will be rendered under the direction of Brother Clarence LaBraque Hairston, minister of music.  

First Presbyterian: Interim pastor is the Rev. Glenn Coleman. Nursery and Sunday school continue to be suspended at this time. Worship service is at 10:30 a.m.    

Grace Baptist: Worship service will begin at 9 a.m. for drive-in service weather permitting. Sermon is titled “Your Appointment” with scripture from Amos 4 and Hebrews 9:27. There will be no evening activities on Wednesday. 

Jeter Chapel Baptist: A called meeting for all members will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Special business of importance will be discussed. Participants are asked to wear a mask and social distancing will be observed. Bishop William E. Purvis is pastor. 

Main Street United Methodist: Worship services in sanctuary will be at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Prayer group will meet at 2 p.m. on Tuesday. The UMM meeting and cookout will be at 6 p.m. on Tuesday. Finance committee will meet at 7 p.m. on Thursday. The youth cookout starts at 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 25. 

McCanless Memorial United Methodist: Services have been cancelled until further notice. Pastor is the Rev. Bonnie Pizzeck.
