Well, another Christmas has come and gone. I hope you all had a great one with your family. If you are like me, you have eaten way too much, so this one is a healthy one to fix for breakfast and start the day off right.

1 – 8 oz. crescent rolls

1 ½ lb. bacon, cooked and chopped

1 ½ c shredded cheddar cheese

1 ½ T dry Ranch dressing mix

6 eggs

½ c milk

½ t pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Unroll the crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the dish, pressing seams together to seal. Sprinkle cooked bacon on top of crescent rolls. Top with the cheese. Whisk the eggs, milk and dry Ranch dressing mix until well blended. Pour over the bacon mixture. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until center is set. (Note: can substitute with turkey bacon or pork.)

Before I close, thank you all who have called and asked for recipes or told me you enjoy them. I look forward to sharing with you in 2022 — Happy New Year! Like I always say – live, laugh, love and spend time with family and friends. God bless.
