It sure was hot last week. I hope you all are staying cool. This is a good one. It’s good to fix if you have leftover spaghetti. 

SPAGHETTI PIE

8 oz. spaghetti, cooked

1 lb. ground beef or turkey

1 small onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 jar spaghetti sauce

½ t salt

1/3 t pepper

1 c sour cream

3 oz. cream cheese

1 ½ c Monterey Jack cheese

3 green onions, chopped

Cook spaghetti and drain. Cook meat, onion, garlic over medium heat until done for about six to eight minutes. Stir in sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Don’t let it stick. Reduce heat. Simmer for five minutes. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in onions. Spray baking dish. Pour all in dish, but layer the spaghetti and cheese. Then top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for five more minutes.

RASPBERRY LIME AID

½ c raspberries

1 c sparkling lime aid

1 – 7 Up or Sprite in 16 oz. bottle

Chill and pour over ice.
