An 18-year-old Nathalie man faces a charge of grand larceny and a charge of carrying a concealed weapon, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Keshawn Jamal Sydnor of Crossroads Trail was charged with the alleged offenses, and Sgt. C. Mann served the warrants Dec. 21.

Sydnor was held on a $5,000 bond.

• Justin Lee Roberts, 23, of Highway 49, Skipwith faces a charge of being in possession of a weapon as a felon and a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

Mann served the warrants Dec. 21, and Roberts was held on bond.

• 29-year-old South Boston man faces a misdemeanor charge each of obstruction of justice/resisting arrest and failure to appear/contempt of court, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Johnny Owen Clay of Logan Street was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Tuesday and Nov. 20, and deputy J. S. Garber served the warrants Tuesday.

• Akeem Olajawan Daniel, 28, of Chase Avenue, Chase City faces a misdemeanor charge of violating probation of a misdemeanor offense.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 22, and another agency served the warrant Tuesday.
