A 41-year-old Alton man faces a felony charge each of robbery and attempts and possession of a weapon within 10 years and a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.
Ellington V. Rucker was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred March 14, and another agency served the warrants Friday.
• Donald Rignola, 36, of Callaway faces two felony charges of child abuse, disregard life, and a misdemeanor charge each of assault and battery of a family member and violate protective order.
The alleged offenses occurred Friday and Saturday, and deputy G. J. Yancey served the warrants Friday.
• Corby Daniel Watson, 34, of Spout Spring faces a felony charge of violating probation.
The alleged offense occurred Feb. 21, 2019, and another agency served the warrant Saturday.
• Carl Lee Wood Boyd, 58, of Clover faces two misdemeanor charges of violating probation.
The alleged offenses occurred June 1 and Mach 1, 2022, and Yancey served the warrants Saturday.
• Jonathan W. Johnson, 35, of Keysville faces two misdemeanor charges of bailee violates release/pretrial condition.
The alleged offenses occurred Friday, and another agency served the warrants Saturday.
• Cynthia G. Mays, 40, of Gladys faces a felony charge of violating probation and a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.
The alleged offenses occurred Feb. 3 and Dec. 10, 2020, and Yancey served the warrants Sunday.
• Luther Fleming Bomar, 65, of Scottsburg faces two misdemeanor charges of assault and battery of a family member.
The alleged offenses occurred Monday, and deputy J. S. Garber served the warrants the same day.
• Glenda C. Green, 37, of South Boston faces a felony charge of violating probation and a misdemeanor charge of failure to pay restitution.
The alleged offenses occurred Jan. 16, 2020 and April 13, 2020, and deputy T. M. Moore served the warrants Thursday.
