A 30-year-old Alton man faces a felony drug charge of possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Erik Wade Cole was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Oct. 19, and deputy C. D. Wilborne served the warrants Tuesday.

• Cornelius Davis, 38, of Henrico faces a felony charge of obtaining money under false pretense.

The alleged offense occurred Nov. 16, 2020, and another agency served the warrants Nov. 8.

• Tyler Clayton Jones, 29, of Chase City faces a felony charge each of larceny, third conviction and obtaining money under false pretense.

The alleged offenses occurred Feb. 1, 2019, and deputy T. W. Crute served the warrants Nov. 8.

• Melissa Leanne Pool Newton, 47, of South Boston faces a felony charge of driving while intoxicated, endangerment.

The alleged offense occurred July 13, and deputy D. L. Clark served the warrant Wednesday.

• Quinton Donte Wooden, 30, of Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.

The alleged offense occurred Nov. 8, and deputy W. O. White served the warrant Wednesday.

• Timothy Ray Perry, 61, of Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of bailee violation of release/pretrial condition.

The alleged offense occurred Wednesday, and Sgt. J. P. Adams served the warrant the same day.

• Wendy Farmer Holt, 42, of Virgilina faces a felony charge of violating a community base probation.

The alleged offense occurred Aug. 20, and Clark served the warrant Thursday.

• Hykeem Swinel White, 29, of South Boston faces three misdemeanor charges of violating a protective order.

The alleged offenses occurred Nov. 6, Nov. 7 and Nov. 8, and deputy T. A. Leath served the warrants Thursday.

• Quincy Adam Francis, 24, of Nathalie faces a felony charge of violating probation and a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.

The alleged offenses occurred Dec. 19, 2019 and July 8, and deputy T. M. Moore served the warrants Nov. 5.

• Donald James Myles Bromley, 21, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of violating probation.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 20, and deputy T. W. Bush served the warrant Nov. 5.

• Keivon Wane Webb, 21, of Farmville faces a misdemeanor charge of violating probation.

The alleged offense occurred Oct. 5, 2020, and Bush served the warrant Nov. 5.

• Rianne Nicole Propst, 24, of Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of bailee violation of release/pretrial condition.

The alleged offense occurred Nov. 4, and Bush served the warrant Nov. 5.

• Camia Elizabeth Brandon, 24, of Scottsburg faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of marijuana.

The alleged offense occurred Nov. 7, and Bush served the warrant the same day.

• Tyler Gray Keenan, 20, of Brookneal faces two misdemeanor charges of violating a stalking protective order and a misdemeanor charge of making annoying phone calls.

The alleged offenses occurred Oct. 28 and Nov. 7, and Adams served the warrants Nov. 7.

• Christina McDowell Elliott, 41, of Virgilina faces a charge of shoplifting, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer J. Eanes served the warrant Nov. 9.
