A 26-year-old Clarksville man faces a felony charge of grand larceny, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Harold Brathwaite of Carolina Avenue was charged with the alleged offense that occurred Friday, and another agency served the warrant Sunday.

• Jonathan Kent Guy, 43, of Bessie Marion Trail, Halifax faces a felony charge of forgery of public records and misdemeanor charges of identity theft, driving on a suspended or revoked license and reckless driving/speeding.

The alleged offenses occurred June 29, and deputy J. S. Garber served the warrants on Monday.

• Shyteria Dereonna Ferrell, 19, of West Oak Hill Drive, Halifax faces a felony charge of failure to appear and a pair of misdemeanor contempt of court charges.

The alleged offenses occurred Sept. 9, and another agency, Sgt. M. Bowen of the South Boston Police Department, served the warrants the same day.

No bond was set for Ferrell.

• Garry Thomas Comer, 61, of Volens Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of trespassing.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and deputy R. W. Guthrie served the warrant Friday.

• Matthew Thomas Comer, 37, of Mimosa Drive, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of trespassing.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 1, and Cpl. C. J. Yeatts served the warrant Friday.

• Brandon Gerald Dawson, 28, of Dawson Trail, Alton faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and deputy J. L. Franco served the warrant the same day.

• Lorie Ann Suarez, 42, of Clays Mill Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and deputy T. B. Sargent served the warrant the same day.

• Dalquan Lavon Harris, 28, of East Bishop Street, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 3, and Cpl. S. Britton served the warrant Monday.

• Richard D. Comer, 66, of Swain Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of trespassing.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 1, and deputy R. L. Compton served the warrant Monday.

• Trey Lavour Palmer, 27, of Easley Hill Trail, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

The alleged offense occurred Monday, and deputy T. N. Moore served the warrant Tuesday.

• Alfredo Sanchez, 57, of North Reagan, West Hill, Texas, faces a charge of being drunk in public/curse and abuse, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer J. George served the warrant Sunday.

• Shekita Chandler, 31, of Union Grove Road, South Boston faces a charge of petty larceny.

Officer R. McGuire served the warrant Sunday, and Chandler was released on summons.
