A 42-year-old Danville man faces two felony charges of being a convicted felon with a firearm and a felony drug charge for possession of schedule I/II substance, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Rossie Willie Towler of Clarkson Street was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Saturday, and deputy T. M. Moore served the warrants the same day.

• William Scott Newton, 47, of North Terry’s Bridge Road, Halifax faces a felony drug charge of possession of a schedule I/II substance.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and deputy J. A. Short served the warrant the same day.

• Brittney Leanne Rivera, 45, of McDonald Road, Scottsburg faces a felony charge of unauthorized use.

The alleged offense occurred March 24, and Moore served the warrant Saturday.

• Carlos Blake Claiborne, 38, of Bethel Road, Scottsburg faces a misdemeanor charge of breach of peace.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Moore served the warrant Friday.

• Marvin Coles, 25, of Eastover Drive, South Boston faces misdemeanor charges of assault and battery and vandalism.

The alleged offenses occurred April 8, and deputy C. S. Hudson served the warrants Friday.

• Jason Scott Lloyd, 43, of Bill Tuck Highway, South Boston faces a misdemeanor drug charge of possession of a schedule III substance.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Short served the warrant the same day.

• Kevin James Newcomb, 35, of Monroe Trail, Scottsburg faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and deputy D. L. Clark served the warrant the same day.

• Azra Marquila Graves, 30, of Chestnut Creek Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Sgt. J. P. Adams served the warrant the same day.

• Demetrius Lamontic Ferrell, 42, of Chesnut Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Adams served the warrant the same day.

• Devon Postel, 44, of Eastover Drive, South Boston faces misdemeanor charges of vandalism and assault and battery.

The alleged offenses occurred Sunday, and Clark served the warrants the same day.

• Fabrien Dshenelle Womack, 28, of Sinai Road, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred March 24, and Officer B. R. McGuire with the South Boston Police Department served the warrant Monday.

Womack was held on a $1,000 secured bond.

• Daniel Arthur Bunker, 34, of Barbour Street, South Boston faces a charge of fraud, false pretense, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer W. K. Bane served the warrant Friday.

• Daniel Paul Lopez, 48, of Emerald Drive, Davenport faces a charge of being drunk in public.

Officer D. Blanks Jr. served the warrant Saturday.

• Moses Jabarri Hendren, 19, of Spring Avenue, South Boston faces a drug charge of marijuana distribution.

Blanks served the warrant Saturday, and Hendren was held on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

• Donald William Lloyd, 64, of Tobacco Road, Nathalie faces a charge of being drunk in public/curse and abuse.

Officer A. B. Jones Jr. served the warrant Saturday.

• Devante Letrel Roberts, 26, of Leigh Street, South Boston faces a charge of possession of marijuana.

• Dal’shane Le’qaurn Roberts, 27, of Charlton Street, Valdosta, Georgia faces a charge of possession of marijuana.

Blanks served the warrant Sunday, and Roberts was released on summons.
