A 30-year-old Halifax man faces felony charges of vandalism and grand larceny and a misdemeanor charge of trespassing, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Russell James Hediger of Leighwood Trail was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Wednesday, and Cpt. M. A. Womack served the warrants the same day.

• Brandon Dean Angel, 31, of Booker road, Brookneal faces felony charges of grand larceny and being a convicted felon with a firearm.

The alleged offenses occurred Nov. 23, and another agency served the warrants Monday.

• Mindy Michelle Watts, 31, of Hamilton Blvd, South Boston faces a felony probation violation charge.

The alleged offense occurred Nov. 30, 2016, and deputy R. L. Compton served the warrant Tuesday.

• Daniel Aaron Wilbourn, 30, of Dawson Trail, Alton faces a felony charge of grand larceny.

The alleged offense occurred Tuesday, and Inv. J. B. Burton served the warrant the same day.

• Akeem Olajawan Daniel, 27, of Chase Avenue, Chase City faces three misdemeanor charges of obstruct a rescue squad and a misdemeanor charge of obstruction of justice by threat, no force.

The alleged offenses occurred Tuesday, and deputy T. M. Moore served the warrants Wednesday.

• Christine Marshall, 26, of Gethsemainie Church, Drakes Branch faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 28, 2018, and another agency served the warrant Monday.

• Vakeesha Letrice Stovall, 33, of Poplar Creek, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of harassment by computer.

The alleged offense occurred Dec. 16, and Compton served the warrant Monday.

• William Joseph Banville, 57, of Big Cedar Drive, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Dec. 25, and deputy J. A. Short served the warrant Monday.

• Stephon Vadol Hughes, 23, of Watkins Avenue, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Dec. 17, and Compton served the warrant Monday.

• Toni Marie Austin, 39, of Memorial Drive, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

The alleged offense occurred Dec. 23, and Compton served the warrant Tuesday.

• Marinthia Victoria Wolford, 29, of Alchie Lane, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Dec. 27, and another agency served the warrant Tuesday.

• Ste-fon Demario Davis, 24, Union Church Road, Halifax faces charges of making annoying phone calls, assault and battery and assault and battery of a family member, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Cpl. A. Whitmore served the warrant for making annoying phone calls on Wednesday, and Officer B. R. McGuire served the remaining warrants on Wednesday.

Davis was held on a $2,500 secured bond for the assault charges.

• Willie William Stovall Jr., 26, of Lincoln Drive, South Boston faces a charge of assault and battery.

Sgt. T. VanAernem served the warrant Wednesday.

• Tracey Shanika Chappell, 31, of Parrish Street, Raleigh, North Carolina faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

McGuire served the warrant Wednesday, and Chappell was held on a $2,000 secured bond.

• Jason Nathaniel Vernon, 39, of Mt. Carmel Road, Alton faces a probation violation charge.

Officer F. A. Powell served the warrant Thursday, and Vernon was held on no bond.

• Romello Alejandro Madera, 19, of Edmunds Street, South Boston faces charges of failure to maintain control, those 18 and older not wearing seatbelts, having no operator’s license and failure to have liability insurance.

Officer W. K. Bane served the warrants Tuesday.
