A 46-year-old Keysville man, Jason Franklin Maxwell, of Blue Stone Road, faces multiple charges stemming from a Saturday night incident including felony elusion of police, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Along with felony elusion/disregarding police, Maxwell’s charges include felony larceny of property with a value of $1,000 or more with the intent to sell or distribute such property, and the misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude police, general reckless driving, driving while license suspended/revoked and vehicle registration violations.

Sgt. J.P. Adams served the warrants on Saturday.

• Tylar Keenan, 20, of LP Bailey Memorial Highway, Halifax, faces felony charges of not reporting an accident involving damage to attended property exceeding $1,000 and unauthorized use of a vehicle with a value of more than $500.

The alleged offenses occurred Saturday, and Adams served the warrants on Sunday.

• Luke Barnes, 21, of Mill Road, Clover, faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery on a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Cpl. S. Britton served the warrant the same day.

• Cecil Lewis Johnson, 51, of Golden Leaf Road, Nathalie, faces misdemeanor charges of causing the phone to ring with the intent to annoy another person and using profane language over a public airway.

The alleged offenses occurred July 5, and another agency served the warrants Sunday.

• Thomas Edward Osborne, 43, of Kentuck Church Road, Ringgold, faces a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended/driving under the influence conviction.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Britton served the warrant on Monday.

• James Bibbie Brooks, 42, of Donna Lane, Keysville, faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear/contempt of court.

The alleged offense occurred June 28, and another agency served the warrant on Monday.

• Olivia Grace Lacks, 20, of Clover Road, Randolph, faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred on July 25, and deputy J.S. Garber served the warrant on Monday.

• Angela Easley, 54, of Winns Creek Road, Halifax, faces a misdemeanor charge of general trespassing.

The alleged offense occurred July 13, and Garber served the warrant on Monday.

• John Mitchell Talley, 72, of Hundley Road, Scottsburg, faces a misdemeanor charge of driving while under the influence of marijuana.

The alleged offense occurred on Friday, and deputy T.A. Leath served the warrant on Saturday.

• Dwayne McCarti Traynham, 43, of Chestnut Road, Nathalie, faces a misdemeanor charge of public swearing/intoxication.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and deputy D.L. Clark served the warrant that same day.

• Andrea Dawn Hatcher Wilson, 30, of Denniston Road, Alton, faces a misdemeanor charge of intentional destruction of property or monument with the value of or damage to the property less than $1,000.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and deputy T. W. Bush served the warrant on Saturday.

• Justin Lamarr Garrett, 22, of James D. Hagood Highway, Clover, faces a misdemeanor charge of violating probation of a misdemeanor offense.

The alleged offense occurred May 27, and deputy J.B. Ragans served the warrant on Saturday.

• Kristy Cash Williams, 39, of Burton Road, Scottsburg, faces a misdemeanor charge of public swearing/intoxication.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Ragans served the warrant that same day.

• Savanna Farrar, 19, of Wooding Road, Alton faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred July 27, and deputy J. L. Franco served the warrant Monday.

• Jamel Lamar Faulkner, 46, of Sweeney Trail, Halifax, faces a charge of petit larceny, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer A. Dunn served the warrant Friday.

• Joy Rochelle Lee Palmer, 30, of Lincoln Drive, South Boston faces a charge each of reckless handling of a firearm and discharging firearms or missiles within or at an occupied building.

Officer D. Blanks served the warrants Monday.

• Clarence Jay Sydnor, 62, of Spring Avenue, South Boston, faces a charge of intoxication.
