A 31-year-old Lynch Station woman faces a felony charge of eluding police and a misdemeanor charge each of operating a vehicle with expired rejection, vehicle registration violations, driving while license is revoked/suspended, reckless driving, speeding 20 miles per hour or more above speed limit, driving while drinking alcohol and driving while intoxicated, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Kiara Marie Graves of Leewood Road was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Sunday, and Sgt. J. P. Adams served the warrants the same day.

• Dustin Noel Kaywood, 20, of Barksdale Drive, Halifax faces a felony charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle larceny.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and deputy J. S. Garber served the warrant Monday.

• Cody White, 19, of an unknown address faces a felony charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and deputy D. L. Clark served the warrant the same day.

• Josey May Noblin, 34, of Clays Mill Road, Scottsburg faces a misdemeanor charge each of filing a false report to summon law enforcement and obstruction of justice/resisting arrest.

The alleged offenses occurred Monday, and deputy C. D. Wilborne served the warrants Tuesday.

• Phillip Kyle Fears, 29, of Drybridge Road, Scottsburg faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Clark served the warrant the same day.

• Michael Dean Marable Jr., 25, of Richmond Blvd, Danville faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.

The alleged offense occurred Aug. 13, and another agency served the warrant Sunday.

• Matthew Timothy Johnson, 63, of Edmunds Street, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of violating probation of a misdemeanor offense.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 18, 2019, and another agency served the warrant Sunday.

• A 17-year-old juvenile faces a misdemeanor charge of pointing/brandishing a firearm and two misdemeanor charges of assault and battery.

The alleged offenses occurred Saturday, and Adams served the warrants the same day.

• Kimberly Dawn Glasscock, 34, of Green Gable Road, Blackstone faces a felony charge of violating probation on felony offense.

The alleged offense occurred May 2, 2019, and deputy T. W. Bush served the warrant Saturday.

• Len Clay, 51, of Mountain Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of trespassing.

The alleged offense occurred Nov. 3, and deputy J. Throckmorton served the warrant Saturday.

• Marvin Shantel Womack, 25, of Dr. Lacy Trail, Nathalie faces a felony charge of violating probation of a felony offense.

The alleged offense occurred July 19, 2019, and deputy J. Florence served the warrant Dec. 18.

• Gary Demond Sanford, 23, of Bishop Drive, South Boston faces a felony charge of violating probation a felony offense.

The alleged offense occurred March 22, 2019, and deputy M. Faulkner served the warrant Dec. 18.

• Kelvin Jermaine Lester, 45, of Ragland Street, South Boston faces a felony charge of violating probation of a felony offense.

The alleged offense occurred June 28, 2018, and deputy T. M. Moore served the warrant Dec. 18.

• Marquasia Deshay Birch, 22, of Sinai Road, South Boston face a charge each of forging public records, shoplifting and identify theft, according to South Boston Police Department records.
