A 45-year-old Nathalie woman faces a felony larceny charge for third offense of under $500, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Brenda Gail Chappell of Buck Horace Trail was charged with the alleged offense that occurred Thursday, and Deputy T. M. Moore served the warrant the same day.

• Amy Marshall Davis, 24, of Dryburg Road, Scottsburg faces a misdemeanor charge of fraud by false pretense of less than $500.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 27, and another agency served the warrant Thursday.

• Shelea McNair, 38, of Poplar Creek Street, South Boston faces misdemeanor charges of vandalism of property valued at less than $1,000 and assault and battery.

The alleged offenses occurred Feb. 25, and Sgt. J. P. Adams served the warrants Thursday.

• Devonte Shamar Powell, 19, of Mill Road, Clover faces a misdemeanor charge for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Deputy C. G. Martin served the warrant the same day.

• Tommy Ray Shotwell, 46, of Love Shop Road, South Boston faces a petty larceny charge, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer L. Perkins served the warrant Thursday, and Shotwell was held on no bond.
