A 29-year-old Phenix man faces a felony larceny charge of issuing a bad check, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office.

Clinton Phillip Guill of Berkley Street was charged with the alleged offense that occurred Sept. 10, and another agency served the warrant Monday.

• Robert Edward March Jr., 50, of Dan River Church Road, South Boston faces a felony charge of bail/pretrial violation.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 3, and deputy D. L. Clark served the warrant Friday.

• Richard Elijah Jacobs, 24, of E. Bishop Drive, South Boston faces a felony charge of violating probation.

The alleged offense occurred Nov. 27, 2017, and another agency served the warrant Saturday.

• Joshua Howard Masterson, 25, of Chamberlain Street, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and deputy S. Britton served the warrant the same day.
