  • Hunter Travis Hedrick, 19, of Nathalie, faces charges of destruction of property without the intent of stealing the property resulting in less than $1,000 in damage, and assault and battery of a family member. Officer J. Rice served the warrants on March 29. Hedrick was given a $2,000 unsecured bond.
  • Robert Earl Crews, 69, of Halifax, faces a charge of driving under the influence: first offense. Officer C. Redd served the warrant on March 30. Crews was given a $7,500 unsecured bond.
  • James Edward Owen, 58, of South Boston, faces a charge of public intoxication. Redd served the warrant on March 31.
  • Melody Michell Dunn, 33, of Roxboro, North Carolina, faces a charge of violating probation on a felony offense. Cpl. S. Kenney served the warrant on Sunday. Dunn was given a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Albert Edwards Roberts, 45, of New Cumberland, West Virginia, faces a charge of public intoxication. Redd served the warrant on Monday.
  • Justin Lewis Fitts, 33, of Chase City, faces a felony charge of violating probation on a felony offense, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records. Another agency served the warrant on Wednesday for the offense reported occurring on March 27.
  • Carol Lee Stukov, 40, of Richlands, North Carolina, faces a charge of violating probation on a felony offense. Deputy A.W. Dickerson served the warrant on Wednesday for the offense reported occurring on Oct. 14, 2021.
  • Malik Jones, 26, faces a misdemeanor charge of pointing/brandishing a firearm. Another agency served the warrant on Wednesday for the offense reported occurring on March 27.
  • Jayden K. Grissett, 18, of Supply, North Carolina, faces a civil charge of possession of marijuana. Deputy T.A. Leath served the warrant on Wednesday for the offense reported occurring that same day.
  • Roger Clayton Martin Jr., 35, of Alton, faces a felony charge of violating probation on a felony offense and a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear on a felony/misdemeanor offense or summons. Deputy C.S. Hudson served the warrants on Tuesday for the offenses reported occurring on Nov. 1 and Sept. 22.
