- Calvin Lee Scarce, 48, of Chatham, faces a charge of public swearing/intoxication. Officer J. Best served the warrant on Dec. 28.
- Eric Ryan Grabowski, 34, of Danville, faces a charge of public intoxication. Officer J. Rice served the warrant on Sunday.
- Timothy William Fisher, 51, of Scottsburg, faces a felony charge of felonious assault with intent to maim, disfigure, disable or kill, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records. Deputy T.W. Crute served the warrant on Dec. 28 for the offense reported occurring on Dec. 13.
- Lisa Kay Franklin, 55, of South Boston, faces a charge of phone: annoying ringing. Deputy W.O. White served the warrant on Dec. 28 for the offense reported occurring on Sept. 23.
- Jarrod Michael Epperson, 36, of Brookneal, faces a felony charge of violating probation on a felony offense. Deputy J.L. Franco served the warrant on Dec. 28 for the offense reported occurring on Oct. 7.
