- Caleb Anthony Held, 24, of Alton, faces two felony charges of object sexual penetration by force, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records. Deputy D.C. Armstrong served the warrants on Friday for the offenses reported occurring on Jan. 1 and Feb. 1.
- Daniel Allen Davis, 28, of South Boston, faces a felony charge of destruction of property without the intent to steal the property resulting in more than $1,000 in damages, and a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member. Deputy S. Britton served the warrants on Feb. 22 for the offenses reported occurring that same day.
- Jamal Kenwann Thaxton, 29, of Brookneal, faces a felony charge of violating probation on a felony offense. Another agency served the warrant on Feb. 22 for the offense reported occurring on Feb. 9.
- Ronald Lee Rickmond, 63, of Scottsburg, faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence: first offense. Deputy T.W. Bush served the warrant on Thursday for the offense reported occurring on Feb. 22.
- Matthew Osborne, 29, of Clarksville, faces misdemeanor charges of pointing/brandishing a firearm and petit larceny. Another agency served the warrants on Friday for the offenses reported occurring on Nov. 14.
- Judith C. Branch, 67, of Sutherland, faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence: first offense. Deputy A.W. Dickerson served the warrant on Friday for the offense reported occurring that same day.
- Lindsey Owen Wade, 65, of Scottsburg, faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member. Deputy J.B. Ragans served the warrant on Saturday for the offense reported occurring on Feb. 22.
- James Alexander Scott, 48, of South Boston, faces misdemeanor charges of failure to appear on a felony/misdemeanor offense or summons and assault and battery. Ragans served the warrants on Saturday for the offenses reported occurring April 11 and that same day.
- Aguilar Alexis Salinas, 22, of Lenoir, North Carolina, faces charges of driving under the influence: first offense, driving without a license, and hit and run unattended, according to South Boston Police Department records. Officer B. Coates served the warrants on Saturday. Salinas was held with no bond allowed.
- Kiera Denise Penick, 32, of South Boston, faces a charge of driving under the influence: first offense. Officer C. Redd served the warrant on Sunday. Penick was given a $1,500 unsecured bond.
