  • Thomas Lamont Jacobs, 38, of Clover, faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a protective order. Deputy A.W. Dickerson served the warrant on Oct. 2 for the alleged offense occurring on Sept. 25.
  • Carson N. Griffin, 57, of Scottsburg, faces a felony charge of failure to appear on a felony offense and misdemeanor surety capias. Deputy T.M. Moore served the warrants on Thursday for the alleged felony offense occurring on Aug. 25 and the alleged misdemeanor offense occurring on Sept. 22.
  • Antwain Logan, 27, of Halifax, faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member. Drumwright served the warrant on Sept. 26 for the alleged offense occurring that same day.
  • Kevin Dmar Edmunds, 30, of South Boston, faces charges of driving while license revoked/suspended, driving under the influence: first offense, refusing a blood/breathalyzer test, operating a vehicle with an expired rejection sticker, and expired registration, according to South Boston Police Department records. Officer B. Coates served the warrants on Thursday. Edmunds was given a $1,500 unsecured bond.
