A 26-year-old South Boston woman faces a felony charge of failure to pay for goods, according to Halifax County Sheriff Office records.

Catina Denise Brooks of Wilmouth Avenue was charged with the alleged offense that occurred Sept. 21, and deputy T. M. Moore served the warrant Saturday.

• Raven Nicole Long, 37, of Bold Springs Road, South Boston faces two misdemeanor charges of violating compulsory school attendance.

The alleged offenses occurred Nov. 6, and deputy T. W. Bush served the warrants Saturday.

• William Matthew Crews III, 36, of Crews Drive, Vernon Hill faces a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Bush served the warrant Saturday.

• Rachael Jean Davis, 34, of Bill Tuck Highway, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The alleged offense occurred March 26, and Bush served the warrant Saturday.

• Brandon Keith Scott, 34, of Cassada Lane, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member and a misdemeanor charge of violating a protective order.

The alleged offenses occurred Sunday, and deputy C. S. Hudson served the assault warrant Sunday. Deputy Bush served the protective order warrant Sunday as well.

• Walter Lee Brown, 70, of Evans Trail, Alton faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Bush served the warrant Sunday.

• Thomas Edward Barley Jr., 30, of College Street, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of causing telephone to ring with intent to annoy.

The alleged offense occurred Aug. 25, and deputy G. L. Jones served the warrant Monday.

• Troy Shawn Hicks, 52, of an unknown address faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred June 14, 2018, and another agency served the arrant Monday.

• Patrice Latasha Rowan, 27, of Irish Road, Chatham faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred July 18, and deputy J. Florence served the warrant Tuesday.

• Connie C. Gilliland, 63, of Washington Avenue, South Boston faces a charge of trespassing, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer W.K. Bane served the warrant Friday.

• Harry Lee Edmonds, 70, of Easley Street, South Boston faces a charge of driving under the influence.

Officer A. Dunn served the warrant Sunday.
