A 54-year-old South Boston man faces felony charges of forcible rape and sexual penetration with an object, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Kelvin Leon Faulkner of Greens Folly Road was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Saturday, and Deputy G. L. Jones served the warrants Monday.

• Joshua Adrian Pena, 25, of Chisolm Trail, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of vandalism.

The alleged offense occurred June 14, and another agency served the warrant Monday.

• Frankie Wayne Wilkerson, 22, of Leda Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

The alleged offense occurred June 19, and Deputy J. S. Garber served the warrant Sunday.

• Randy Lee Childress, 48, of Dennis Store Road, Roxboro, North Carolina, faces a felony probation violation charge.

The alleged offense occurred Nov. 30, 2017, and another agency served the warrant Saturday.

• Stephanie Michelle Snead, 28, of Sweeney Trail, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

The alleged offense occurred June 5, and another agency served the warrant Saturday.

• Lawrence Carlton Ridgeway, 60, of Whitehall Road, Long Island faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Deputy R. L. Compton served the warrant Saturday.

• Cecil Lewis Johnson, 49, of Cody Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Deputy T. W. Bush served the warrant the same day.

• George H. Ethredge III, 37, of Clays Mill Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of fraud by false pretense.

The alleged offense occurred July 25, 2016, and Compton served the warrant Friday.

• Nathaniel Gronwy Owen, 36, faces a felony charge of being a convicted felon with a firearm and a misdemeanor charge of altering the serial number from a weapon.

The alleged offenses occurred Friday, and Compton served the warrants the same day.

• Donald William Logan III, 35, of Virgilina Road, Virgilina faces misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and refusing a blood or breathalyzer test.

The alleged offenses occurred Thursday, and Deputy T. M. Moore served the warrants the same day.

• Dominic Coles Powell, 25, of Meadville Road, Halifax faces a felony drug charge of possession of a Schedule I/II controlled substance.

The alleged offense occurred Oct. 21, and Garber served the warrant Thursday.

• Walter Floyd Lawson, 67, of Virgilina Road, Virgilina faces a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer D. Blanks Jr. served the warrant Friday, and Lawson was held on a $2,500 unsecured bond.

• Amy Kern Edmonds, 42, of North Main Street, Clover faces a charge of contempt of court and was issued a surety capias.

Cpl. A. Whitmore served the warrant and issued the capias on Saturday, and no bond was set for Edmonds.

w Eugene Monroe Barksdale, 40, of Union Grove Road, South Boston faces charges of providing false information to a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Officer A. B. Jones served the warrants Sunday, and no bond was set for Barksdale.

• Nakeitha Michele Edmonds-Polk, 41, of Paul Pry Trail, Halifax faces a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Blanks served the warrant Sunday.

• Tristan Hayes Allen, 21, of Clarksville faces a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Blanks served the warrant Sunday, and Allen was held on a $2,500 unsecured bond.

• Leroy P. Clay Jr., 25, of Calvin Road, Ringgold faces a probation violation charge.

Cpl. A. Jackson served the warrant Tuesday, and no bond was set for Clay.
