A 22-year-old South Boston man, Rashad Lamonis Stovall of Shepherd Street, faces charges of felony assault with intent to maim and robbery and attempts, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Sgt. T.N. Bratton served the warrants on Friday.

• David Scott Lester, 42, of Grant Street, Danville, faces a felony charge of obtaining money by false pretense in an amount greater than $500, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

The alleged offense occurred on Feb. 28, and deputy R.L. Compton served the warrant on Monday.

• Jason Edward Bowen, 45, Beaver Pond Road, Nathalie, faces a felony charge of obtaining money by false pretense in an amount greater than $500.

• Sean Patrick Harlow, 20, of Cherry Hill Church Road, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred on Saturday, and deputy T.B. Sargent served the warrant the same day.

• Jasmine Dazzray Canada, 23, of Newbill School Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a stalking protective order.

The alleged offense occurred on April 15, and deputy G.L. Jones served the warrant on Friday.
