A 44-year-old South Boston man, Jeffrey Wallace Comer, faces a felony charge of eluding/disregarding police, two felony charges of possession of schedule I or II controlled substance, and a misdemeanor charge each of reckless driving - speeding more than 20 miles over the speed limit and driving with a suspended/revoked license, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

The alleged offenses occurred Nov. 23, and deputy S. T. Comer served the warrants Friday.

• Jarred Seate, 25, of Nathalie faces two misdemeanor charges of assault and battery.

The alleged offenses occurred Sunday, and deputy T. W. Bush served the warrants Monday.

• Christopher Raymond Irvin, 38, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to pay for restitution.

The alleged offense occurred March 23, 2020, and deputy J. L. Franco served the warrant Sunday.

• Daniel Christopher Hilt, 39, of Danville faces a misdemeanor charge of public swearing/intoxication.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and deputy W. G. Nunn served the warrant the same day.

• Josey May Noblin, 35, of Halifax faces seven misdemeanor charges of providing a false report to law enforcement.

The alleged offenses occurred Saturday, and deputy C. D. Wilborne served the warrants the same day.

• Lesley Baker III, 40, of Richmond faces a misdemeanor charge of driving while license is revoked/suspended. The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and deputy J. S. Garber served the warrant the same day.

• James Lee Campbell, 38, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge each of assault and battery and petit larceny. The alleged offenses occurred Thursday, and another agency served the warrants Saturday.

• Patrick Nathaniel Salts, 39, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear. The alleged offense occurred Nov. 19, and Comer served the warrant Friday.

• Devin Michael Owen, 20, of Gladys faces a misdemeanor charge of trespassing. The alleged offense occurred Nov. 7, and another agency served the warrant Thursday.

• Erica Page Vernon, 30, of Alton faces a misdemeanor charge of bail/pretrial violation. The alleged offense occurred Nov. 22, and another agency served the warrant Nov. 24.
