Three individuals from Dillwyn face a charge of grand larceny, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Hailee Gabbard, 19, of Bell Road, Hallie Witt, 18, of Bell Road and John Michael Whorley, 42, of Fannie White Road each face a charge of grand larceny.

Whorley also faces an additional charge of grand larceny, trespassing and obstruction of justice by threat or force.

Cpl. C. Collie served the warrants Monday.

Whorley was held on bond while Witt was held on a $2,500 unsecured bond, and Gabbard was held on a $4,000 secured bond.

• Zachariah Lee Lipscomb, 27, of Charlotte Street, Phenix faces two charges of petty larceny, one charge of larceny for shoplifting and a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Officer J. George served the warrants Monday.

Lipscomb was held on a $1,500 bond for the petty larceny charges and the possession charge and was held on a $1,000 bond for the shoplifting charge.

• Christopher K Pumphrey, 32, of Newton Farm Road, South Boston faces misdemeanor charges of failure to appear, providing false identification and intent to obstruct justice/resist arrest, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

The alleged offenses occurred Feb. 25 and Thursday, and deputy C. D. Wilborne served the warrants Thursday.

• Rushon Dequie Majors, 22, of Mocking Bird Inn, Concord faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

The alleged offense occurred Feb. 24, and another agency served the warrant Friday.

• Betrande B. Wilkerson, 55, of Oak Hill Road, Oxford, North Carolina faces misdemeanor charges of stalking and making threats over the telephone.

The alleged offenses occurred March 18, and deputy J. A. Short served the warrants Friday.

• An 16-year-old juvenile faces a charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and deputy D. L. Clark served the warrant the same day.

• Charles Edward Osborne II, 27, of Mountain Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and deputy T. W. Bush served the warrant the same day.

• William James St. Clair, 33, of Acorn Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Sgt. J. P. Adams served the warrant Saturday.

• Richard White, 47, of Lee Street, Danville faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.

The alleged offense occurred Jan. 24, 2019, and another agency served the warrant Sunday.

• Lori Ann Holland, 24, of Huell Matthews Highway, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of making threats over the telephone.

The alleged offense occurred March 20, and Capt. D. H. Barksdale served the warrant Monday.

• Crystal Renea Ayscue, 35, of Jimmys Trail, Nathalie faces a felony probation violation charge.

The alleged offense occurred Nov. 16, 2018, and deputy J. L. Franco served the warrant Tuesday.
