A 61-year-old Halifax County man and a 29-year-old Lynchburg woman face a charge of possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance following the execution of a search warrant on Thursday, according to Halifax County Sheriff Fred S. Clark.

Arrested were Timothy Ray Perry of Grubby Road and Andreana Rose Dunning.

Members of the Halifax/South Boston Regional Narcotic & Gang Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence on Grubby Road and seized suspected methamphetamine, suspected drug paraphernalia and U.S. Currency during the search.

Both Perry and Dunning were arrested and transported to Blue Ridge Regional Jail in Halifax.

Perry was released on a secured bond, and Dunning was held without bond.

Members of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office and the South Boston Police Department assisted in the search and arrests.

• Quincy Adam Francis, 24, of Bradley Creek Road, Nathalie, faces a felony charge of unauthorized use/larceny of a vehicle with a value greater than $500, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Another agency served the warrant on Thursday for the alleged offense that occurred on June 26.

• Mark William Womack, 43, of Carrington Street, South Boston, faces a felony charge of violating probation on a felony offense.

Deputy T.A. Leath served the warrant on Thursday for the alleged offense that occured on July 10, 2020.

• John Oliver Watkins III, 38, of Cluster Springs Road, South Boston, faces a misdemeanor charge of disobeying judgement; contempt of court.

Deputy T.W. Bush served the warrant on Thursday for the alleged offense that occurred on July 26.

• Miranda Satterfield, 23, of North Terrys Bridge Road, Halifax, faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery on a family member.

Deputy S.M. Bowen served the warrant on Thursday for the alleged offense that occurred on Aug. 2.

• Pierre Lashawn Edmunds, 33, of Myrtle Street, South Boston, faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear on a felony/misdemeanor summons.

Leath served the warrant on Thursday for the alleged offense that occurred on May 20.

• Nicholas Ray Anderson, 41, of Howard P. Anderson Road, Halifax, faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear on a felony/misdemeanor summons.

Leath served the warrant on Thursday for the alleged offense that occurred on July 27.

• Denesha Terry Johnson, 27, of Lower Liberty Road, Halifax, faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a stalking protective order.

Deputy H.O. Weddle served the warrant on Thursday for the alleged offense that occured on May 30.

• Wayne Edward Hailey, 68, of Clarkton Road, Nathalie, faces a misdemeanor charge of destruction of property valued at less than $1,000 without the intent to steal the property.

Deputy G.L. Jones served the warrant on Thursday for the alleged offense that occured on June 5.

• Thomas Brent Duffer, 28, of North Terrys Bridge Road, Halifax, faces a charge of assault and battery, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Lt. T. Bratton served the warrant on Thursday for the alleged offense that occurred Aug. 2.
