A 43-year-old Virgilina man faces a felony charge of a bail/pre-trail service violation and a misdemeanor charge of fraud, according to Halifax County Sheriff Office records.

Woodson Brad Rice of Gills Mountain Road was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Jan. 30, 2019 and Dec. 18, and deputy J. C. Young served the warrants Wednesday.

w Neal Grady Sibley, 31, of Old Grubby Road, South Boston faces a felony charge of bail/pre-trail service violation.

The alleged offense occurred Jan. 22, and deputy C. D. Wilborne served the warrant Wednesday.

• Chad Anthony Hart, 38, of Bill Tuck Highway, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.

The alleged offense occurred Wednesday, and deputy G. L. Jones served the warrant the same day.

• Brandy Nicole Sizemore, 39, of Bold Springs Road, South Boston faces a felony charge of failure to appear.

The alleged offense occurred Jan. 21, and another agency served the warrant Thursday.

• Leroy Bomar Jr., 54, of Perth Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

The alleged offense occurred Jan. 22, and deputy T. B. Sargent served the warrant Thursday.

• Miguel Antonio Orellana, 23, of Crescent Drive South Boston faces a felony charge of a community based program violation.

The alleged offense occurred Dec. 6, and another agency served the warrant Thursday.

• Frank Edward Sanford Jr., 33, of Mason Street South Boston, faces four drug charges of distribution of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer R. McGuire served the warrants Friday.

Sanford was held with no bond for the drug charges and was held under a $5,000 secured bond for the contempt of court charge.

• Gary Demond Sanford, 23, of East Bishop Drive, South Boston faces charges of assault and battery of a family member and strangle, choke another.

Officer L. Perkins served the warrant Friday.

Sanford was held under no bond.

• Timothy Wayne Wilkerson, 46, of McPhail Drive, South Boston faces a charge of driving with a suspended license/ Driving Under the Influence conviction.

Officer D. Blanks Jr. served the warrant Saturday.

Wilkerson was released on summons.

• Mel’Quan Deion Burrell, 27, of Poplar Creek Street, South Boston faces a charge of violating a protective order.

McGuire served the warrant Saturday.

• Gary Ross Holmes, 61, of Cluster Springs Road, South Boston faces a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Officer S. Kenney served the warrant.

Holmes was held under a $2,500 unsecured bond.

• Christopher Craig Whitlow, 34, of Alton Post Office Road, Alton faces a charge of contempt of court and two drug charges of distributing a controlled substance.

Sgt. J. Throckmorton served the warrants Monday.

Whitlow was held under no bond for the contempt of court charge and under a $3,000 secured bond for the drug charges.

• Tammy Lynn Bray, 46, of Love Shop Park Road, South Boston faces a charge of larceny for shoplifting.

Throckmorton served the warrant Monday.

Bray was held under a $2,000 secured bond.

• Christopher Matthew Mather, 29, of Haskins Street, South Boston faces charges of vandalism, having a concealed weapon and being drunk in public/curse and abuse.

McGuire served the warrants Monday. Mather was held under a $3,000 secured bond.

• Samuel Raleigh Williamson Jr., 57, of Dan River Church Road, South Boston faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

McGuire served the warrants Tuesday.

Williamson was held under a $3,000 unsecured bond.
