The American Red Cross is in urgent need of blood donor ambassadors.

The Red Cross collects and distributes about 40% of the nation’s blood supply.

When individuals help create a fulfilling donation experience and encourage visitors to make a long-term commitment to regular donations, he or she improves the Red Cross’ ability to meet this critical need.

Volunteer blood donor ambassadors ensure that blood donors have a pleasant and fulfilling experience, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

During a blood drive, whether greeting donors, answering questions or thanking them for their donation, courtesy and professionalism will create a favorable impression that encourages ongoing donor support.
