Town manager Tom Raab is scheduled to update South Boston Town Council on recent efforts to replace a ruptured storm water drainage pipe on North Main Street during Monday’s council work session.
The meeting is set to get underway at 5:45 p.m., with finance director Mickey Wilkerson presenting the monthly financial statement.
