Bettie Louise Anderson Bunker of Clover passed away Monday, Aug. 26, 2019.

She was born in James City County on June 2, 1937 and was 82 years or age.

She was the daughter of the late Carl Montague Anderson and the late Marion Gray Anderson. She was married to the late Robert Charles Bunker.

Mrs. Bunker was a member of Fresh Fire Impact Ministries.

Survivors include her children, Francis Bunker Parker of New Kent County, Virginia Bunker Clark of Williamsburg, Susan Anne Bunker Byrd of Danville, Jonathan Charles Bunker and wife Sharon of Barhamsville and Debra Bunker Cook and husband Dana of Clover; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; sister Nancy Anderson Miller; and a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Two infant daughters, Robin and Rachel Bunker, daughter Roberta Bunker Carr and her siblings, George Lewis “Bucky” Anderson, Robert Jackson “Jack” Anderson, Jane Anderson McGaw, Clara Ann Anderson and Carole Montague Anderson, also preceded Mrs. Bunker in death.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Halifax Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Dana Cook officiating.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2019, from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home.
