Bobby Samuel Francis Sr.

Bobby Samuel Francis Sr., 79, of Nathalie passed away Friday, Feb. 24, 2023, at University of Virginia Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Jane Moorefield Francis.

Bobby was born in Halifax County on Aug. 15, 1943, the son of the late Sam Francis and the late Hallie Clay Francis. He was retired from Suburban Propane.

He is survived by a son Bobby Samuel Francis Jr. (Cynthia Haley) of Vernon Hill; three step-sons, Mitch, Mike and Rodney Waller; and a sister Ella Mae Fisher. He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

There will be a family visitation at Henderson Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 2, 2023, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
