Fannie Bailey Hendricks, 96, of Lynchburg went to be with her Lord, Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021.
Fannie was born in Nathalie on Jan. 2, 1925, a daughter of the late Jesse James Hendricks Sr. and Fannie Easley Hendricks. Fannie was retired as a nurse’s aide and was a member of Millstone Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Winnie Williams Hood, and her husband, Dennis, of Lynchburg; two grandchildren, Kenneth Lawson and Rameka N. Lawson, three great-grandchildren, Brandon Lawson, Dion Lawson and Oshyana Moore; and two great-great-grandchildren, Karliyah Moore and Malyk Fowlkes; and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins.
A graveside service for Fannie will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, at Millstone Baptist Church cemetery, 10032 L.P. Bailey Memorial Hwy., Nathalie, VA 24577 with the Rev. Paul Crews officiating.
