To the editor:

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to my home the evening of Feb. 24 from the Clover, Scottsburg and Triangle volunteer fire departments and for all that you did the night of the fire.

My family and I are forever grateful for your sincere kindness and help to us and your dedication and service. You all are a blessing to our communities and us.

Thank you to my sister-in-law, Donna, for alerting us to the fire, being there, and everything you have done for us. Thank you to my daughters and their families, my brothers, Roxsy, and all of my family for being there with me.

Thank you to Bobby and Susan Snead for all you did for my granddaughter and I.

A big thank you to everyone who has and is praying, given support, stopped by, called, sent cards and given out of the kindness of their hearts.

Thank you to the American Red Cross and the Good Samaritan for your assistance and kindness.

Everything has meant so much to me and touched my heart deeply.  I am so appreciative and grateful for everyone and their kindness.

Please continue to remember my family and I in your prayers as we grieve the loss of my family home and my sister, gone all in one night.

Prayers, love and gratitude
