To the editor:
Good versus evil, on which side do you stand? Has America lost her moral equilibrium? Have we become so secular that we do not realize how far we have strayed from the values on which this nation was founded? God, country and family have been supplanted by mayhem, murder and despair.
Cancel culture, equity, diversity and “woke” ideologies have erased generations of civility, patriotism, loyalty and Christian fundamentalism. “Whatever one sows, that will he also reap” (Gal. 6:7).
Our nation is on the precipice of another civil war.
The greatest nation on the face of this earth is now the laughingstock of the modern world. The great “uniter-in-chief” Biden has blood on his hands for the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan that cost 13 brave American soldiers their lives (not to mention the billions of dollars in military weapons and equipment left behind for the Taliban). Millions of illegal aliens have crossed our borders with no regard for the sovereignty of our country, including thousands of gang members, drug and sex traffickers and terrorists. China, Russia, Iran and North Korea build their arsenals, with impunity, while we train our military in diversity and social justice etiquette.
If you are not a Christian, stop reading now! Christian brothers and sisters, WAKE THE HELL UP! Matthew 7:6, read it, study it and take it to heart. 1 Timothy 6:3-5, read it, study it, prepare yourself for what is to come! And finally, 1 Timothy 4:1, read it, study it, gird yourself with God’s word! Christians are in the fight of our lives!
Don’t believe me? Look around you. Our nation has turned into a modern Sodom and Gomorrah. Depravity abounds all around us and, collectively, we have no one to blame but ourselves. We have allowed our elected officials to take God, and the Bible out of our society. We have cowered in the corners of our churches while idolatrous factions have infiltrated our congregations and forced abortion and identity politics down our throats. Minority religious institutions have notoriously embraced progressive, liberal ideologies at the voting booth, while feigning the sanctity of human life.
Can America avoid another civil war? Yes, maybe, but it won’t be without genuine sacrifice from followers of Jesus Christ. First, we must return to church, not TV church or radio church, but the House of the Lord. Second, we must study God’s word, the Holy Bible, with sincere interest. Believe me, there is scripture within those pages that will answer any questions you may have. Third, we must support political candidates who share the values that this nation was founded upon, you know, the Constitution of the United States. Finally, we must prepare ourselves for conflict!
The recent slaying of six Christians in Nashville, and the corporate media’s portrayal of the assassin as a victim, stands as a warning to us all. The only thing that will stop a bad person with a gun is a good MAN or WOMAN with a gun! Amen.
