To the editor:

Many politicians want to make wearing a mask not mandatory. I don’t think this is a good idea. Wearing a mask helps me and others socialize together. Maybe some day when the coronavirus is over we won’t need to wear masks. But, that hasn’t happened yet. 

If our country wants to wipe out COVID-19 for good, the president and politicians may have to make it a law to wear masks.
