We thank you for the giving of your time so freely and generously. I understand that time is the most important asset that we have to give not knowing how much of it we have.
Know that in serving as a youth coach that for some of our children you may be the only true mentor they will encounter. So, once again, we thank you for giving the youth basketball players in this community your very best.Â
I, too, was also a benefactor of a great youth coach so many years ago in the midget program with coach Hugh Moore, so again, I say thank you coaches.
Â
Sincerely,Â
Matthew McCargo
South Boston Parks and Recreation directorÂ
