Members of Halifax Country Club brought home several trophies after participating in the VSGA Piedmont Junior Golf tournament held on Thursday at Kinderton Country Club in Clarksville.

Brady Grant won first place in the boys 7-9-year-old division after shooting a 42. His twin brother, Jackson, finished in second place after falling one stroke short and shooting a 43. Camden Saunders finished in third place with a 49, and Noah O’Kelly shot a 55 on the day.

Owen Mason was the first-place finisher in the boys 10-11 year old division with a 40. Landen Elliott finished in fourth place with a 50.

The older age divisions played 18 holes on Thursday. Camden Jones finished in third place in the 12-13 year old division with a 94. In the boys 14-15 year old division, CJ DeGraw finished in second place with a 92 and Alex Payne shot a 98. Cameron Burnett finished in fifth place with a 91 in the boys 16-17 year old division.
