Parents who have student athletes interested in playing fall sports at Halifax County High School must attend a mandatory meeting in the school auditorium at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Fall sports include football, volleyball, golf, cross country, academic team and fall cheer.
Parents are asked to be prepared to fill out pre-season paperwork, and bring a pen and insurance information to the meeting.
The session will include discussions on the Virginia High School League information, the high school handbook and sports physicals.
“I look forward to seeing everyone there,” said Justin Saunders, Halifax County High School athletic director.
