Halifax County High School’s varsity boys soccer team lost a scrimmage 3-0 Monday night against Heritage High School. They played to a 0-0 tie in the first half of action, with both teams having several chances to get on the board. Wyatt Nelson made a save on a Heritage penalty kick to help keep the score at 0-0. Heritage got on the board early in the second half to take a 1-0 lead and scored two more goals in the second half for a final score of 3-0.
